Working closely with our key customers ensures that we can align our business with theirs, delivering seamlessly on the diversity of their products and geographic locations.  One of the programs that we have put in place to support our partnerships with clients is Customer Value Maximization (CVM).  CVM was piloted with some of our major customers to gain a better understanding of their business and respond with individually tailored tools that can help us work together more strategically.  CVM is our way of listening to our customers’ needs and respond with unique and customized solutions. 

Our Global Account Management (GAM) system is another customer focused initiative designed to enhance our strategic partnerships with customers on a global basis. GAM provides dedicated resources that help to oversee our service to global clients to ensure that synergies are maximized and that opportunities for continually improved service are identified.  Our global account managers work closely with our global clients to provide an integrated offering than can simplify their sourcing process worldwide.
