About the HCPC

The Healthcare Compliance Packaging Council (HCPC) is a not-for-profit trade association that was established in 1990 to promote the many benefits of unit dose blister and strip packaging -- especially its ability to be designed in compliance-prompting formats that help people take their medications properly.

Members from the HCPC who attended the Washington D.C. meetings were Walter Berghahn from American Health Packaging and Chairman of the HCPC Board of Directors, Sandra Luciano from Alcan Global Pharmaceutical Packaging, William Sharpless from Winpack, Peter Mayberry the HCPC Executive Director along with Kathleen Hemming who is the Associate Director of the HCPC.
